Refund Policy and Returns

  • In the event of products being damaged in transit, Markimage Ltd will replace the damaged products free of charge. Markimage Ltd may require you to send photographic evidence of damage before issuing replacement items. Markimage Ltd may require you to return any damaged items and will refund you the cost of any postage incurred as a result.
  • Markimage Ltd will not issue refunds for products which are not faulty.
  • All products sold are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
