Alpair 5 Waranty

The Alpair 5 is covered by a 1 year warranty starting from the time of purchase.

  • The waranty covers mechincal and electrical defects due to faulty manufacturing.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage or mis-use (e.g. burnt out voice coils, damaged cones, broken connectors, over-stretched, ripped or punctured rubber suspensions, damaged baskets).
  • Faulty drivers must be returned to the dealer that you purchased the driver from. For claims covered under the warranty Markaudio will send you a replacement driver.
